我们团队正能量的源头是在座的每一位，而正能量的龙头自然就是我们敬爱的郭启华局长。登顶的潇洒、徒步的从容，这是龙头的人格魅力。嘹亮的号子、整齐的步伐，这是龙头的感染魅力。团队的密切协作和同事间浓浓的情谊，这是xx国土系统源头和龙头的汇聚！
再说说分局长张勇，很多人都知道我的家在美丽的牧场———乌鲁木齐，离这有三百多公里，回家往返一次就需要十几个小时。张局特别理解我家远、路长，每次都是细心叮咛、耐心嘱咐。在这5年里，是分局长张勇给了我无微不至的关怀和照顾，一句简单的问候，一件贴心的小事，都时时刻刻温暖着我的心，家人的心。率先垂范、作风正派、刚正不阿、清正廉洁，是他工作生活的写实，也教会了我做人做事的道理。
分局的老同志张明，是我的良师加益友，在工作中对我的帮助很大，手把手的教我做报件，面对面的给我讲解人生哲理，耐心细致的带我下连队，一次次、一遍遍，不厌其烦的带我熟悉全团区域，让我的业务水平有了长足的进步。任劳任怨、踏实肯干是他的本色，也是我学习的榜样。
作为分局一名女同志，罗爱菊既是我的长辈又是我的好大姐，每天的“小帅哥早上好”，滋润着我的小心脏。工作上的细心认真，生活上的关心爱护，都时刻鼓励着我一路前行。更让我佩服的是她有一颗不服输、不服老的心，“我还很年轻，离退休还远着呢，千万别把我当成老同志啊。”这是她总挂在嘴边的话。我想“巾帼不让须眉”是对她的褒奖。
大家都了解，我们123分局共有4人，平均年龄达到48岁，其中3人都是出生在60年代初，已经在国土战线上工作了30多年，两鬓也都早有了白发，更有甚还带着伤病。可在日常的工作中，从大家的眼里你根本就看不到疲劳和疼痛，看到的只是默默的奉献。分局就像一个欢乐的小家庭，分局长张勇是家长，张明和罗爱菊是大哥和大姐，而我就是那颗小树苗，在他们精心呵护下生根发芽、茁壮成长。所以，在这里我很开心、很温暖、很幸福、很有归属感。
以上，我只用简单的几句话、几件事来描述我内心真真切切的感受。其实，在我的身边正能量每天、每时都在上演。我细细算过，我们和身边的同事待在一起的时间，比我们和家人待在一起的时间长。这说明什么？这说明：我们这个大家庭，就是相亲相爱的一家人！

记得有人说过，击非典的众志成城，直到最近几年的汶川地震，还有前一阵子才发生的玉树地震。我们仍然有着爱国的精神，仍然有着国家有难，我们青年人作为先锋队，为国家现身。虽说不上过去战乱年代的抛头颅洒热血的年代，但是我们仍旧有着爱国的精神，为国家尽着微薄的力量。所以这种五四精神没有被我们现在的年轻人所遗忘。然而我们正是在继续壮大这种精神。
时间已经过去这么多年了，一代又一代的人在用自己的青春诠释这这一种精神。然而这种精神是不会随着时间的消逝而被大家忘却的。因为五四运动的精神已经在我们中国人的心里永存。

I remember someone once said that the united efforts to fight against SARS lasted until the Wenchuan earthquake in recent years, as well as the Yushu earthquake that only occurred a while ago. We still have the spirit of patriotism, and there are still difficulties for our country. As young people, we are the vanguard and appear for our country. Although it may not be the era of sacrificing our lives and shedding our blood in times of war, we still have the spirit of patriotism and contribute our humble efforts to the country. So this May Fourth spirit has not been forgotten by our young people today. However, we are continuing to strengthen this spirit.
