By Metro (Subway) ---Take Metro Line 2 toward Pazhou and get off at Pazhou Station (next to Xingang Dong), Exit D. (The fastest way when coming from Liuhua area)

By hotel shuttle bus--- All hotel buses will drive to Canton Fair Pazhou Complex via the Continental Centre. So simply ask the driver for a stop. (Esp. recommendable for buyers who stay in CACFair VFM hotels and partner hotels)

9月22日(星期日)：参会人员报到。

9月23日(星期一)：召开学术会议。上午开幕式和主旨发言;下午分阶段主题发言和闭幕式。

9月24日(星期二)：实地调研。乘车前往中马钦州产业园区、广西钦州保税港区、坭兴陶小镇等地。

商务邀请函的基本内容包括：会展活动的名称、举办城市、地点、时间、背景、目的；主办机构和组织机构；会展活动的内容和形式、特点等；主要参加或参与对象；会展活动的相关收费标准；联络方式以及其他需要说明的事项。

会展活动商务邀请函（信）结构与写法

⒈封面通常会展活动商务邀请函的封面会显示此商务函的性质。普通的商务邀请函（信）封面以会展活名称、主题、主办机构、时间、地点五项内容为主；而特殊的商务邀请函（信）。则在封面上只注明会展活动组织者或项目的名称、收信机构或人员的相关信息并注明“通知、特函、”等字样。

⒉标题由会展活动名称和“邀请函（书）或（信）”组成。

会展活动名称可以分为三个部分：基本部分、限定部分和附属部分。其中基本部分和限定部分构成展览会名称的主体。例如：第十届中国家电产品博览会邀请函（信）、第十二届中国国际机床机电展览会邀请函（信）。

⒊称呼邀请函的发送对象有三类情况：

（1）发送到单位的邀请函，应当写单位名称。由于邀请函是一种礼仪性文书，称呼中要用单称的写法，不宜用泛称（统称），以示礼貌和尊重。

（2）邀请函直接发给个人的，应当写个人姓名，前冠“尊敬的”敬语词，后缀“先生”、“女士”、“同志”等。

（3）网上或报刊上公开发布的邀请函，由于对象不确定，可省略称呼，或以“敬启者”统称。

⒋正文正文应逐项载明具体内容。

第一部分背景说明。写明举办会展活动的背景和目的；

第二部分组织说明。对会展活动组织结构的进行介绍，包括的主办者、协办者、承办者等；

第三部分是时间与地点。根据会展活动设定的'举办日期、结束日期与举办城市、地点进行描述。

第四部分是会展活动的具体内容介绍。

主要包括了会展活动的展区划分、展品设定、同期活动、展示服务、会展活动的特点、会展活动的收费标准等相关内容；第五部分联络信息。写明联系联络信息和联络方式，包括传真、电话、邮箱、负责人等。结尾处也可写“此致”，再换行顶格写“敬礼”，亦可省略。

⒌回执回执是被邀请方根据需要和可能而给予的一种反馈信息。通常会展活动的回执内容格式统一的会展组织者进行制定。包括了：参与者单位信息、参与类型、具体展位或广告位、会议活动预定事项、参与人员信息、参与时报到信息说明等。

⒍落款会展活动邀请函的落款，通常是会展活动的组织机构名称加盖相关印章。如果是多家机构共同主办或承办，则由多家机构共同签名盖章。以证明此邀请函（信）的真实性与合法性。同时注明邀请函（信）的制作发布时间。⒎附件附件是会展商务邀请函（信）的附属资料，与商务邀请函具有同等的法律效力。附件主要包括会展活动的相关说明、规定、制度、报展注意事项、人员信息表、服务内容等相关文件。附件是商务邀请函（信）不可分隔的一部分。

重要提示：会议活动与展览活动、节庆活动的邀请函在写法上与内容上有很大差别，通常大型的展览活动设计到的内容较多。例如：布展规定、进场规定、商务租赁申请等；通常在大型展会活动邀请函（信）中，均包括在内。而会议活动，则通常在收到回执后，在发去相关的入场须知等信息。不同的会展项目需根据实际情况进行合理处理。切不可照本宣科。
