各位领导、老师、同学们，下午好：
我叫xx。我今年24岁。我毕业于xx大学新闻系。现在我在xx单位工作。
长期以来，我一直是一个叛逆和另类的人。我不善长传统思维，我习惯走不寻常的路。这给我的生活和工作带来了很多帮助，也增加了很多不必要的麻烦。在此，我想对大家说，如果今后因此有什么地方得罪了大家，还请大家多多包涵!

low-carbon lifestyle covers many aspect of our life like transportation, traveling, home-heating, and so on. in order to promote a low-carbon life, some plans must be carried out as follows. firstly, don’t waste any electricity and water.
remember to turn off the lights and water taps unless we use them. secondly, we had better take the subways or bus to work, so as to reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide. thirdly, we should use cloth bags for shopping instead of plastic bags, and use recyclable bowls and chopsticks instead of disposable ones, for it can not only save resources, but also reduce pollution.

这天，老师带我们去摘石榴，我别提有多高兴了。走进石榴树，我发现每一个石榴都好大呀!它圆溜溜、肥嘟嘟的身子上还顶着一个小皇冠，看上去又威风又可爱。它穿着一件红色的大衣，看起来像一个小灯笼。
轻轻地摘下一个，我感觉它不是很平滑，看上去像个长满斑点的小姑娘。轻轻剥开它的表皮，只见淡黄色薄膜把石榴内部分成了一个个小房间，每个房间里都住着一颗颗排列整齐的石榴籽。这红灿灿的石榴籽就像稀有的红宝石一样，还散发着迷人的香气呢!
石榴虽然外表不好看，但它有丰富的营养，我喜欢石榴。
记载九班每个人的辉煌，以迅雷不及掩耳之势，从乔磊那里飞速向我驶来，当我承接这辉煌的同时，我不禁产生疑问：时间!你为什么非得(飞的)如此之快呢?
转眼间，我就回到了属于我的空间中，看我那私人的空间，简直狗窝一般!惨象，已使我目不忍视;零乱，尤使我脚不忍动!突然，我有一种想毁灭它的冲动，仔细想了想，还是算了吧，毕竟它是我唯一的私人地带，强烈的自我安慰感，使我熄了怒火。
拿着演讲本，独自彷徨在又脏，又乱的狗窝中，我希望看见一位漂亮的又能帮我写演讲稿的姑娘。
当当当!大力的敲门声把我从美梦中召唤出来，我一抬头就看见老妈身上系着围裙手里拿着菜刀，此时她正用她那邪恶的目光看着我，一股强大的怒气包围着我，随时有可能把我当菜一样剁了。我不敢多想，赶紧起身完成我那未完成的辉煌。
自从放学回到家中，我一直憋在自己的狗窝中，寸步未迈。连饭都是老妈送进来在狗窝里吃的，一直到九点，我才憋出了两句话，可怜啊!一直实施休养生息计划的我，如今却要熬夜，但是我面对这些事实，竟至于颇为无奈。我向来是不惮以最残忍的方法来折磨自己的，然而我还不信仅凭一次演讲就能难倒才华横溢的九班教众(这里当然也包括我喽)，况且始终微笑着和蔼的豆教主，更何至于无端为难我们呢?
众所周知，五班是尖刀班，可是我们九班也不是善茬，在这里，我借用一下邢美达同学的名言：“夺五班天下者，必我九班也!”我懂得了豆教主之所以让我们演讲的缘由了，努力啊，努力啊，不在考试中爆发，就在考试中灭亡!

first of all, the complicated relationship. for one thing, you have to know how cultural differences function in your relationship and respect them. in addition, college students spend less time studying together owing to different courses’ choosing, which requires us to devote more energy to building relationship. for the other thing, it is also vital to communicate with your parents often by using mobile phones or other tools.
secondly, the temptations. the college serves us a more relaxed environment mixed with other temptations such as the internet, alcohols and so on. what’s more, the college teachers won’t compel you to study like before, you doze off or play cell phone in class, and you flee up the morning class because you get up too late. such too frequent behaviors will cripple your passion and enthusiasm towards life, so it is essential for us to resist these temptations and insist pursuing our own goals.
thirdly, the balance between study and work. most of us will choose to take a part time job to earn the extra money or just to exercise ourselves. but it is significant to keep a relatively balanced relationshipbetween them since i always regard the study as our main task, so my principle is adjusting work to follow the schedule of study.
in conclusion, whatever issues we meet or miseries we suffer from, confront the hash reality head on, what we can do is remembering the past, living in the present and looking forward to the future.

说到理想，远的看看"杜朗口""新教育""洋思"，近的说说我们自己，90年代提出教学"七认真"，20xx年"两基普实"顺利达标，20xx年全县教育工作会畅想未来华章，骨干教师培训全面启动，这些收获无一不是教育工作者怀揣理想、朝着目标行进的硕果。
目前我县的教育积弊太多：教师整体素质不高，缺乏现代教育理念等等。但是我们有信心，因为有你!有我!有我们三千彭水教育者执着的理想!
心有多高，路就有多远。我是一名平凡而普通的老师，我的理想很简单，就是用我的青春、汗水和激情把学生培养成为有独立的人格，有良好的心态，有健康的体魄的接班人。我会告诉他们：人生有机遇和巧合，不是所有的努力都会成功，但是不努力绝对不能成功。即使达到理想的田园，努力的过程已经超越了结果本身。理想不能空想，理想不能靠运气，理想需要脚踏实地的耕耘，理想需要坚持不懈的奋斗!理想的实现浸染了勤奋和汗水。点亮理想，即使我们在枯燥孤独的日子亦能苦中做乐，苦中求乐。

首先立足实际，做好本职工作。以岗位职责要求自己，提高从业道德素质，不断锤炼课堂教学技能，做一名爱学生也受学生爱的老师;在管理上严于律己，身先示范，多渠道传递教改信息，搭建促进教师发展的平台。教导工作是一个示范工作，要想引导老师们围绕自己的教育理想去实践，我得有过硬的业务指导能力，有科研实践、科学评价教师的能力，所以我得不断地充电，不断地更新观念，不断地加强学习。
其次立足角色，谋好家庭教育。一个好的家长必是一个好的老师。如果每个家长都管理好了自己的孩子，那我们的教育当是最完美的教育。我要竭力做一个称职的母亲，引导孩子养成好习惯;积累家庭教育经验，发现家庭教育真谛。还要从家庭这个社会细胞上，研究家庭教育和学校教育的衔接，给学生创造一个良好的教育环境。
我的理想很简单，但我会沿着理想前进，点亮学生的未来，为彭水的教育尽一己之力。我坚信，不论未来是平坦还是泥泞只要热爱教育，一切都在意料中。

It is about 20.5 light years from our earth. They estimated the planet'saverage temperature at between 0 and 40 degrees Centigrade. It is orbiting thered dwarf star, Gliese 581.
它距地球约20.5光年。他们估计它的平均温度约在0℃～40℃之间。它围绕着红矮星Gliese 581运行。
Most important of all, it’s an earth-like planet. There might be mountin,sea and liquid water.

我一直为有这么好的父亲而自豪。既然刚开完家长会就拿初三和高一的家长会对比吧。上周我像往常一样去了老师家，老师说：
嘿，你爸爸在家很开心。一个好女孩又回来了。她说，在她父亲初中毕业前，家长会对她说了一些让她哭笑不得的话。我爸说：
哎，呢个女某用噶啦，正废材。原因是我做了一件非常非常错误的事。经过两个月的洗礼，我发现我不再是从前的我了。
上周的家长会也有爸爸参加。出乎意料的是，他迟到了。
这是xx年来他第一次在我父母的会议上迟到。当时的情景：9点：

这决不是危言耸听！曾几何时，我们还陶醉在人类发展的激情乐章中：科技在巨大进步，社会经济的迅猛发展，带来了城乡建设的日新月异、人民生活的大幅度提高。人类文明发展进步的现在和未来，无不令人欢欣鼓舞。然而，人类社会为之也付出了巨大的代价——这就是对自然无节制地、无情地攫取引发的.大自然更加无情的报复。环顾四周，我们实际上处于相当被动和困难的境地：大气污染、水污染、噪声污染等等包围着我们；化学污染、物理污染、生物污染等等无时无刻不在侵蚀着我们的家庭生活，吞噬着我们的健康；资源短缺、人口的爆炸又威胁着人类的未来。美丽的自然在退化，我们的健康被蚕食，这一切的一切给我们的生产和生活亮起了红灯，它告诫我们：如果不树立环境意识，停止一切有害环境的行为，作为地球公民的我们将面临生命与健康的集体陷落。
综上所述，环保无小事，环保是生命，环保是事业，环保大于天，环保大于地，环保大于人。为了我们的地球，为了我们的山川，为了我们的河流，为了我们的城市，为了我们的家园，为了我们的人类，为了我们的生存和质量，为了我们的生命，为了我们这一代和将来的世世代代，我们在这里大声呼吁：都来保护我们的家园！

今天我演讲的题目是《改变不了环境，就改变自己》。
著名的文学家托尔斯泰曾经说过：“世界上只有两种人：一种是观望者，一种是行动者。
大多数人想改变世界，但没有人想改变自己。”想要改变现状，就要改变自己;要改变自己。就得改变自己的观念。
一切成就都是建立在正确的观念基础上的。一连串的失败，也都是从错误的观念开始的。为了适应社会、环境和变化，我们必须学会改变自己。
柏拉图告诉弟-子自己能够移山，弟-子们纷纷请教方法，柏拉图笑道，说：“很简单，山若不过来，我就过去。”弟-子们一片哗然。
这一个世界上根本就没有移山之术，唯一的一个移动山的方法就是：山不过来，我便过去。同样，人们不能改变环境，所以我们必须改变自己。
一个黑人小孩在他父亲的酒厂看守橡木桶。每天早上，他都用抹布把桶擦干净，整齐地排成一排。让他生气的是，常常是一夜之间，风把他整齐排列的木桶吹来吹去。
小男孩很委屈地哭了。父亲摸着小男孩的头说：“孩子，不要哭，我们可以想办法去征服风。”
于是小男孩擦干了眼泪坐在木桶边想啊想，想了半天终于想出了一个办法，他从井边挑来一桶又一桶的清水，然后把它们倒进那些空空的橡木桶里，然后他就忐忑不安地回家睡觉了。第二天，天刚蒙蒙亮，小男孩就匆匆地爬了起来，他跑到放桶的地方一看，那些橡木桶一个一个排列得整整齐齐，没有一个被风吹倒的，也没有一个被风吹歪的。小男孩高兴地笑着对他父亲说：
“要想木桶不被风吹倒，就要加重木桶的重量。”男孩的父亲赞许地微笑了。
是的，我们不能改变风，改变不了这个这个世界上的许多东西，但是我们可以改变自己，给自己加重，这样我们就可以适应变化，不被打败!
在威斯敏斯特教堂地下室里，英国圣公会主教的墓碑上写着这样一段话：当我年轻自由的时候，我的想象力没有任何局限，我梦想改变这个世界。当我渐渐成熟明智的时候，我发现这个世界是不可改变的，于是我将眼光放得短浅了一些，那就只改变我的国家吧!
但我的国家似乎是我无法改变的。当我到了迟暮之年，抱着最后一丝努力的希望，我决定只改变我的家庭、我最亲近的人——但是，唉!他们根本不接受改变。
现在，在临终前，我突然意识到，如果我一开始只改变自己，那么我可以依次改变自己的家庭。然后，在他们的鼓舞和鼓励下，我也许能够改变我的国家。
接下来，谁知道呢？也许我能改变整个世界。
人生如水，人只能去适应环境。如果我们不能改变环境，我们就应该改变自己。只有这样，才能克服更多的困难，克服更多的挫折，实现自我。如果不能看到自己的缺点和不足，只是一味地埋怨环境不利，从而把改变境遇的希望寄托在改变环境上，这实在是徒劳无益。
虽然我们不能改变世界，但我们可以改变自己。让我们用爱和智慧面对所有的情况。
