目前，我国桥梁建设取得了举世瞩目的发展成就，新一轮跨江、跨海桥梁建设高潮正在展开。在现代化交通运输业大发展的背景下，国际间的交流与合作不断增强，为促进我国桥梁事业与国际接轨，为桥梁专业人士提供一个国际交流的平台，特组织桥梁建设、管理人员赴日本、韩国参与学术交流与考察。

现将有关具体通知如下：

一、活动主题

二、组织机构

主办单位：桥梁杂志社日本道路桥梁技术交流协会协办单位：日本长大公司

三、活动内容

1.考察日本、韩国具有代表性的桥梁。2.与日本长大公司等相关桥梁企业进行学术交流。3.参加分会讨论。(具体安排和行程表详见行前通知)4.与日本东京湾临海大桥设计与施工单位进行现场交流。

四、参加人员：

各省(市、自治区)及地方公路、铁路、城建、市政等系统的桥梁科研单位、设计单位、施工单位、监理公司、养护公司、质量监督站等单位的高层管理人员及工程技术人员;土木类院校相关专业的教育工作者。

五、具体出境安排
